[ The 'Ruler of UAE' is the world's worst 'Diabolical Debtor' who have taken
extreme measures, including fraud, to avoid honoring its obligations ]
Instead of enforcing 4 consecutive Court Judgments the ‘head of the Abu Dhabi, UAE (de facto ruler)’ has repeatedly obstructed the administration of justice, kicked off and violated the basic principles
of a civilized Government of honouring verdict of the judiciary, Executive abiding by such verdict.

Surprisingly, the Judgment Debtor is none other than the Ruler of Abu Dhabi and the President of the UAE and the assurance of gains is based on this very threshold! The 'Judgment Debtor' will stand as the fiscally responsible party until the Court Judgment is satisfied. His responsibility to do so will pass on to his successor-in-office; the successor regime is obliged to compensate the victim of state wrongs.

"Have you ever heard of a case like this?"
The 'Decree Holder' wishes to emphasize that unlike the common types of cases, this one involves some important issues of great legal and constitutional significances; to be specific:

I) The case of the 'Decree Holder' had already been decided in absolute, in his favour, in different Courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, including its Apex Court, way back in 1996.

II) The 'UAE regime' has ignored and violated the 'Four Consecutive Court Judgments' against them. What's more, an endorsement was made in the passport of the 'Decree Holder', in support of an 'administrative order', to the effect that the 'Decree Holder' was deported in the light of the case before the Criminal Court.

III) This order was false to the knowledge of the UAE authority and was deliberately incorporated constituting the gravest crime of false representation making out a different case of 'Outright Fraud' against the UAE administration. It's perhaps unparalleled in the whole history of the world!
