Demanding Justice, Truth and Court-ordered reparations
’UAE must Respect Judicial decisions and uphold the rule of law’
Mindful, in particular, that a judgment debt is hanging over the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The judgment is binding and enforceable by the court of Abu Dhabi from where the ruling came from. The Judgment debt of Abu Dhabi, can be eliminated or satisfied by the enforcement of judgments and legal remedies...Publications
What are the major factors that will influence the UAE
Judgment portfolio is worth?
The 'Alliance Judgment Recovery' is confident of the execution of these ‘Landmark Judgments of the Highest Courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE’, at this late stage. Our thrusting points are:-
• The most important factor in the matter is that the 'Debtor' in the 'UAE Court Judgments', is not an ordinary local Emirati of UAE but the ‘Executive Branch of U.A.E.', whose Ruler at the time was none other than the late Sheikh Zayed himself, the Emir of Abu Dhabi and absolute Ruler of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He was also instrumental in defrauding and/or cheating the
'Judgment Creditor' to avoid honouring his moral obligations and assigned responsibilities.
• Another important and favourable aspect towards the execution of the impending judgments, is the fact that the UAE has been elected as a member of the 'U.N. Human Rights Council (HRC)' for a period of three years beginning on 01 January 2013. In its strategic position as an elected member of the 'UNHRC', UAE is more committed to Human Rights and Justice. Interestingly, the UAE is charged with the additional responsibility of strengthening the promotion and protection of Human Rights around the globe and for addressing situations of Human Rights Violations and make recommendations on them.
• Further, the recent announcement of Abu Dhabi, UAE, to invest $75 billion in India in business projects, will essentially require that country to enter into contracts, invariably with provisions for suing and being sued. And, thus, according to Indian law perspective, there's a great scope for the 'Judgment Creditor'
to recover his dues from the (wilful) defaulters. The ‘Judgment Creditor’ holds full power of the ‘Foreign Courts'
('1 Civil & 3 Criminal Court Judgments') and the ‘Domestic Courts'
('2 Consecutive Judgments from the High Court of Delhi') to support his claim and to take debtor's property (lien) in the UAE, as well as in India, where these Judgments have been recorded, if the obligation is not duly discharged.
• Above all these, there are very strong and vital points (‘Smart Reasons')
to take up this case to the 'International Court of Justice
for the shocking incidents of [1
] 'Abu Dhabi Police Extortion and Looting'
] the brutal torture, false imprisonment and other inhuman acts to blackmail the 'Judgment Creditor' (both the plaintiff and 'Judgment Creditor' in the 'civil suit'; a foreigner and an investor-businessman in the U.A.E. by status, who enjoyed an enviable and valuable reputation for absolute integrity and goodwill even from the ruling regime) in order to withdraw the civil suit by Abu Dhabi police, and [3
] the “Non-Execution of 3 consecutive 'Judgments of Abu Dhabi Criminal Court of Justice in absolute terms in favour of the victim'; and [4
] the most heinous crime, the “Fraudulent Misrepresentation”
followed by the deportation, that has been committed against the 'Judgment Creditor' by the UAE administration, to avoid honouring reparations under those Judgments, and [5
] the loss of his various 'Business Establishments & Investments in Abu Dhabi, UAE'
] 20 year-long struggle and great suffering for Justice, despite two more supporting Judgments from the High Court of Delhi, India, in the years of 1997 and 2007 respectively in favour of the victim, the 'Judgment Creditor'
